We only accept returns or replacements if and when you have received the wrong/missing product, you have received a damaged product (physical damage or tampered product) or if you have received an expired product.
Open or used products, or products without the original packaging will not be eligible for return or replacement.
Returns and Exchange are only eligible if the concern is raised within 3 days of delivery. After which please give our team 24 hours to respond to your concern. Once the eligibility of the product has been approved our team will work with you to get your concern fixed.
